Ordering
Who can place an order?
Any Canadian resident aged 19 or older is eligible to order.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Yes, it’s very safe! Under the Canada Post Corporation Act, law enforcement cannot seize or interfere with your mail unless it poses a threat to national security.
In fact, purchasing online is often safer than buying from a dealer.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder or ensure there were no typos in your email address. If you’re not receiving emails, contact us, and we’ll assist you.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bitcoin and e-Transfer.
If you’re unfamiliar with Bitcoin, visit our guide on paying by BTC – it’s easier than you might think!
Only e-Transfers from Canadian bank accounts are accepted. Follow the emailed instructions.
I’ve submitted my order and payment. What now?
Once the payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email stating your order is being processed. Our standard processing time is one business day. When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds for Interac e-Transfer payments will be returned to the same email/bank account, minus any bank fees.
Cryptocurrency payments are refunded as store credit. Incorrect crypto addresses will not be refunded, so always copy and paste the address accurately.

How will my order be packaged?
We use plain, discreet packaging with no indication of contents.
What shipping methods do you offer?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, ensuring a quick and secure delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $20 for orders under $99. Orders over $99 ship for free across Canada.
Do I need to sign for my package?
No signature is required. Your order will be delivered directly to your mailbox, like regular mail.

What’s the difference between the MDMA varieties you offer?
The different MDMA products are produced in separate labs but are chemically 99% identical. Preferences may vary, so you may need to experiment to find which you like best. But rest assured, all options are high quality.
Should I buy S-Ketamine or R-Ketamine?
